A contract is formed once you have selected a course or package, completed the enrolment form with your name and email address, and payment has been processed successfully. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect a purchase you have already completed.

6. Cancellation and refunds

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering into a contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, unless you have expressly consented to beginning access to the digital course content during the cancellation period and you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the digital content has been fully accessed. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase within 14 days of approving your cancellation request.
